Basics

What is TBD Map?

TBD Map is a plugin for Bricks Builder. It adds professional, interactive maps to your WordPress site without leaving Bricks. Drop a map onto any page or template, place markers from typed addresses or from your posts and custom fields, connect a map to a list of locations, and customize appearance — map style, zoom, pins, popups, and optional lines or areas — all from the element controls in Bricks.

Under the hood you get OpenStreetMap-powered maps, geocoded addresses, clustering when you have many pins, optional road-following routes when you configure routing in the plugin settings, and a connector element so Bricks query loops can feed a single map. Whether you are building a store locator, a travel site, or a simple “find us” block, TBD Map stays visual and approachable from first install.

Understanding Elements

You get two Bricks elements in the builder:
1. TBD Map — The map itself: location, zoom, pins, lines, popups, and look and feel.
2. TBD Map Connector — Used inside a query loop so each listed item (for example each post) can send its address to a map that is set to sync mode.
If you do not see them, go to WordPress → TBD Map and make sure each element is turned on under Elements (after your license is active).
